40 easy questions to Sunni people

40 Fragen für Sunniten

Salâm,

I took many months only to read all the documents of submission.org, then I decided to verify the maximum of the CONTRADICTIONS I found between the claims of Rashad and the Sunni practice I was following before. I selected the most evident 40 easy questions and I begun to ask them to the so called „Doctors“ of Islam science.

I can never forget the first question. It was a terrible one and I asked it to Mr. Mohamed Isa, when he was speaking to thousands people on the radio ALGER chaine 3. The question was the following:

„Please give me the list of the NABIS who were not RASULS at the same time.“
The answer of Mr. M. Isa was promptly given: „Salah, HUD, Shoaib…“

I could quote all the verses that mention Salah, HUD… as RASULS, not NABI.

The second question I could ask hundred people is: „Is Umrah a Fardh or a Sunnah?“ Of course everyone affirmed that Umrah is only a Sunnah. Every time I showed them the verse 2:196 and they were confused but did not change their mind.

Another question that concern a hadith from Sahih Bukhari. It deals with SUICIDAL TENDENCY of the prophet.

After I finished asking my 40 different questions to many people, I have just noticed that they accepted all the 40 EASIET QUESTIONS I selected as evident CONTRADICTIONS but nobody decided to change his mind, except my little family. Then, I told people if they had accepted to correct only the 40 evident CONTRADICTIONS, they would have been very far away from the SUNNISM and ready to support the majority of Rashad’s claims.

You are going to SEE, God wiling, the frightening gap that separate sunnism from submitting to Quran alone…

QUESTIONS ABOUT HADITH

1- If the Sunnah concern only what was currently practiced and carried out by Muhammad, can you consider the „SUICIDE“ as a Sunnah, particularly in case of failure?

Last part of the hadith N°111 in book 87 of Sahih Bukhari:
…Waraqa said, „This is the same Namus (i.e., Gabriel, the Angel who keeps the secrets) whom Allah had sent to Moses. I wish I were young and could live up to the time when your people would turn you out.“ Allah’s Apostle asked, „Will they turn me out?“ Waraqa replied in the affirmative and said: „Never did a man come with something similar to what you have brought but was treated with hostility. If I should remain alive till the day when you will be turned out then I would support you bly.“ But after a few days Waraqa died and the Divine Inspiration was also paused for a while and the Prophet became so sad as we have heard that he intended several times to throw himself from the tops of high mountains and every time he went up the top of a mountain in order to throw himself down, Gabriel would appear before him and say, „O Muhammad! You are indeed Allah’s Apostle in truth“ whereupon his heart would become quiet and he would calm down and would return home. And whenever the period of the coming of the inspiration used to become long, he would do as before, but when he used to reach the top of a mountain, Gabriel would appear before him and say to him what he had said before. (Ibn ‚Abbas said regarding the meaning of: ‚He it is that Cleaves the daybreak (from the darkness)‘ (6.96) that Al-Asbah. means the light of the sun during the day and the light of the moon at night).

2- Can you confirm that camels‘ urine is an efficient medicine or not? What do you think about some children who sought for camel’s urine in order to improve their health just because they believed in HADITH?

Sahih Bukhary Volume 7, Book 71.590:
Narrated Anas: The climate of Medina did not suit some people, so the Prophet ordered them to follow his shepherd, i.e. his camels, and drink their milk and urine (as a medicine). So they followed the shepherd that is the camels and drank their milk and urine till their bodies became healthy. Then they killed the shepherd and drove away the camels. When the news reached the Prophet he sent some people in their pursuit. When they were brought, he cut their hands and feet and their eyes were branded with heated pieces of iron.

3- If black cumin is as a magic medicine why good Sunni people do not refuse to vaccinate themselves?

Sahih Bukhary Volume 7, Book 71.592:
Narrated Abu Huraira: I heard Allah’s Apostle saying, „There is healing in black cumin for all diseases except death.“

4- Are you satisfied to notice that the theory of „The resemblance of a child to his parents“ already exists in SAHIH BUKHARI? Did Embryology confirm the following hadith or not?

Sahih Bukhary Volume 4, Book 55.546:
Narrated Anas: When ‚Abdullah bin Salam heard the arrival of the Prophet at Medina, he came to him and said, „I am going to ask you about three things which nobody knows except a prophet: What is the first portent of the Hour? What will be the first meal taken by the people of Paradise? Why does a child resemble its father, and why does it resemble its maternal uncle“ Allah’s Apostle said, „Gabriel has just now told me of their answers.“ ‚Abdullah said, „He (i.e. Gabriel), from amongst all the angels, is the enemy of the Jews.“ Allah’s Apostle said, „The first portent of the Hour will be a fire that will bring together the people from the east to the west; the first meal of the people of Paradise will be Extra-lobe (caudate lobe) of fish-liver. As for the resemblance of the child to its parents: If a man has sexual intercourse with his wife and gets discharge first, the child will resemble the father, and if the woman gets discharge first, the child will resemble her.“ On that ‚Abdullah bin Salam said, „I testify that you are the Apostle of Allah.“ ‚Abdullah bin Salam further said, „O Allah’s Apostle! The Jews are liars, and if they should come to know about my conversion to Islam before you ask them (about me), they would tell a lie about me.“ The Jews came to Allah’s Apostle and ‚Abdullah went inside the house. Allah’s Apostle asked (the Jews), „What kind of man is ‚Abdullah bin Salam amongst you?“ They replied, „He is the most learned person amongst us, and the best amongst us, and the son of the best amongst us.“ Allah’s Apostle said, „What do you think if he embraces Islam (will you do as he does)?“ The Jews said, „May Allah save him from it.“ Then ‚Abdullah bin Salam came out in front of them saying, „I testify that None has the right to be worshipped but Allah and that Muhammad is the Apostle of Allah.“ Thereupon they said, „He is the evilest among us, and the son of the evilest amongst us,“ and continued talking badly of him.

5- How long it took for Solomon to have one sexual relation if he had to fornicate with his sixty wives in only one night (8 hours)?
– Only 5 minutes if it took 3 minutes to move from one wife to another!

Sahih Bukhary Volume 9, Book 93.561:
Narrated Abu Huraira: Allah’s Prophet Solomon who had sixty wives, once said, „Tonight I will have sexual relation (sleep) with all my wives so that each of them will become pregnant and bring forth (a boy who will grow into) a cavalier and will fight in Allah’s Cause.“ So he slept with his wives and none of them (conceived and) delivered (a child) except one who brought a half (body) boy (deformed). Allah’s Prophet said, „If Solomon had said; ‚If Allah Will,‘ then each of those women would have delivered a (would-be) cavalier to fight in Allah’s Cause.“ (See Hadith No. 74 A, Vol. 4).

6- The discovery of Earth’s orbital revolution around the Sun was made many centuries after Hijra. Galileo risked even to be killed for that. Was Bukhari a scientist and did he take any risk by affirming something wrong?

Sahih Bukhary Volume 4, Book 54.421:
Narrated Abu Dhar: The Prophet asked me at sunset, „Do you know where the sun goes (at the time of sunset)?“ I replied, „Allah and His Apostle know better.“ He said, „It goes (i.e. travels) till it prostrates Itself underneath the Throne and takes the permission to rise again, and it is permitted and then (a time will come when) it will be about to prostrate itself but its prostration will not be accepted, and it will ask permission to go on its course but it will not be permitted, but it will be ordered to return whence it has come and so it will rise in the west. And that is the interpretation of the Statement of Allah: „And the sun Runs its fixed course For a term (decreed). that is The Decree of (Allah) The Exalted in Might, The All-Knowing.“ (36.38)

7- Do you know someone who became the husband of a girl of six? Getting married to a girl of six shouldn’t be also considered as a sunnah?

Sahih Bukhary Volume 5, Book 58.234:
Narrated Aisha: The Prophet engaged me when I was a girl of six (years). We went to Medina and stayed at the home of Bani-al-Harith bin Khazraj. Then I got ill and my hair fell down. Later on my hair grew (again) and my mother, Um Ruman, came to me while I was playing in a swing with some of my girl friends. She called me, and I went to her, not knowing what she wanted to do to me. She caught me by the hand and made me stand at the door of the house. I was breathless then, and when my breathing became Allright, she took some water and rubbed my face and head with it. Then she took me into the house. There in the house I saw some Ansari women who said, „Best wishes and Allah’s Blessing and a good luck.“ Then she entrusted me to them and they prepared me (for the marriage). Unexpectedly Allah’s Apostle came to me in the forenoon and my mother handed me over to him, and at that time I was a girl of nine years of age.

Sahih Bukhary Volume 5, Book 58.236:
Narrated Hisham’s father: Khadija died three years before the Prophet departed to Medina. He stayed there for two years or so and then he married ‚Aisha when she was a girl of six years of age, and he consumed that marriage when she was nine years old.

8- Were the contagious diseases linked to omen in the seventh century? What about the 10th century when women were still considered as one of the causes of diseases?

Sahih Bukhary Volume 7, Book 71.649:
Narrated ‚Abdullah bin ‚Umar: Allah’s Apostle said, „There is neither ‚Adha (no contagious disease is conveyed to others without Allah’s permission) nor Tiyara, but an evil omen may be in three a woman, a house or an animal.“

9- Did not the prophet Muhammad believe in his own Hadith or was he simply running out of black cumin?

Sahih Bukhary Volume 7, Book 71.608:
Narrated Abu Huraira: Allah’s Apostle said, ‚(There is) no ‚Adwa (no contagious disease is conveyed without Allah’s permission). nor is there any bad omen (from birds), nor is there any Hamah, nor is there any bad omen in the month of Safar, and one should run away from the leper as one runs away from a lion“

10- Do you believe that Hud and Thamud were giant people as they were described by Tabari? (I presented the picture of the royal Thamud tomb of Madain Salih: The gate of this building is no more than 2 meters high!) Do you believe that Hud and Thamud could make deep holes in hard ground (to their knees), just by striking it with their feet when they were angry? Is it physically possible? Do you know that even a bullet fired from a gun cannot make such a deep hole? (See the story of Hud and Thamud by Tabari)

GENERAL DISCUSSIONS WITH SUNNI PEOPLE

1- If you read carefully some Qudsi Hadith, you will notice that in its Isnad there is no intermediate between the prophet Muhammad and God. Why do you not claim that God spoke directly to Muhammad?

2- When the word NABI is linked to “revealed books or what was sent down to us“, God used: „ma onzila ilaibraheema & ma ootiya moosa“, and when the word RASOOL is linked to “revealed books or what was sent down to us“, God used: „anzalna maAAahumu alkitaba“.
Is there some grammatical difference or not? What is your conclusion?

2:136 & 3:84 Say, „We believe in GOD, and in what was sent down to us, and in what was sent down to Abraham, Ismail, Isaac, Jacob, and the Patriarchs; and in what was given to Moses and Jesus, and all the prophets from their Lord. We make no distinction among any of them. To Him alone we are submitters.“

57:25 We sent our messengers supported by clear proofs, and we sent down to them the scripture and the law, that the people may uphold justice. And we sent down the iron, wherein there is strength, and many benefits for the people. All this in order for GOD to distinguish those who would support Him and His messengers, on faith. GOD is Powerful, Almighty.

3- According to Ibn Kathir, there were 24000 NABIS from Adam to Muhammad, and according to Tabari, there were only 6000 years from Adam to Muhammad. With these data, can you calculate the average number of NABI per year?
– 4 NABIS per year!

4- According to Ibn Kathir, God revealed 114 books like Quran, and according to Tabari, there were only 113 Rasools in all. Why some Rasools received books from God and the rest did not?

5- According to Tabari and Ibn Kathir, the prophet Abraham lived in Syria and Ismael lived in Mecca with his mother. Then, how do you understand 37:102?

37:102. When he grew enough to work with him, he said, „My son, I see in a dream that I am sacrificing you. What do you think?“ He said, „O my father, do what you are commanded to do. You will find me, GOD willing, patient.“

To solve this issue, Ibn Kathir claimed that Abraham used to ride the same fantastic flying horse ridden by Mohammad in his interpretation of 17:1. Do you agree with him?

6- According to Tabari, YAHYA died after JESUS, and JONAS came (in Mossul) after JESUS. Which arguments are against this claim? Is the size of the „ship“ an argument or not? Does the verse 37:147 support this claim or not?

37:147. Then we sent him to a hundred thousand,* or more.

7- If 900 000 hadiths were recorded in 23 lunar years (among them only 400 000 are considered as Sahih), how many hadiths could have been recorded per day?
– An average of a hundred hadiths every day!

8- Can you give the list of the NABIS who were not RASOOLS in the same time?
– Of course, all the listings given were in contradiction with Quran!

9- You claim that Salat Al Sobh is a Fardh and Salat Al Fajr is only a sunnah. Why the Quran cite only Salat Al fajr that should be considered as an obligation, but not Salat Al Sobh?

10- Why the media of Algiers agreed with the king of SAUDI ARABIA as Khadim Al haramain? Does the Quran support two or only one ‚Masdjid El Haram‘? See: 2:144,149,150,191,196,217; 5:2,97& 8:34; 9:7,19,28 & 17:1; 22:25 & 48:25,27.

QUESTIONS ABOUT QURANIC VERSES!

1- In your interpretation of 3:81-84, did God take a covenant from Muhammad or not?
– If yes, who is the messenger of the covenant in 3:81?
– If no, please, read 33:7!
N.B; Chapters 3 & 33 are chronologically consecutive!

3:81-83 GOD took a covenant from the prophets, saying, „I will give you the scripture and wisdom. Afterwards, a messenger will come to confirm all existing scriptures. You shall believe in him and support him.“ He said, „Do you agree with this, and pledge to fulfill this covenant?“ They said, „We agree.“ He said, „You have thus borne witness, and I bear witness along with you.“ Those who reject this (Quranic prophecy) are the evil ones. Are they seeking other than GOD’s religion, when everything in the heavens and the earth has submitted to Him, willingly and unwillingly, and to Him they will be returned?

33:7-8 Recall that we took from the prophets their covenant, including you (O Muhammad), Noah, Abraham, Moses, and Jesus the son of Mary. We took from them a solemn pledge.* Subsequently, He will surely question the truthful about their truthfulness, and has prepared for the disbelievers (in this Quranic fact) a painful retribution.

2- What does mean „salloo AAalayhi wasallimoo tasleeman“ in 33:56? If you agree with this meaning: „To support the messenger and ask God the best for him!“, how can a wish help a dead messenger who already lives in Paradise?

33:56 GOD and His angels help and support the prophet. O you who believe, you shall help and support him, and regard him as he should be regarded.*
33:56 Inna Allaha wamala-ikatahu yusalloonaAAala alnnabiyyi ya ayyuha allatheenaamanoo salloo AAalayhi wasallimoo tasleeman

3- Do any verse confirm that Muhammad was illiterate or not?

25:5 They also said, „Tales from the past that he wrote down; they were dictated to him day and night.“

29:48 You did not read the previous scriptures, nor did you write them with your hand. In that case, the rejectors would have had reason to harbor doubts.

4- According to Tabari’s interpretation of 20:15, God kept the HOUR almost hidden for Himself. Is this explanation credible or not? If it is credible, what does mean the last part of this verse which should be a consequence of its first part?

20:15 „The Hour (end of the world) is surely coming; I will keep it almost hidden, for each soul must be paid for its works.

5- Can you deduce the meaning of the word UMMY from the following verses? 2:78; 3:20; 3:75; 7:157; 7:158; 62: 2.

6- What should be uttered neither too loudly, nor secretly in 17:110?
– if it is ‚Duaa‘, when and where the commandment of 17:110 is performed?
– if it is ‚Salat‘, should not Sunni people correct their Salat?

17:110 Say, „Call Him GOD, or call Him the Most Gracious; whichever name you use, to Him belongs the best names.“ You shall not utter your Contact Prayers (Salat) too loudly, nor secretly; use a moderate tone.

7- Do you agree that Zakat must be given away „on the day of harvest“? It is clearly expressed in 6:141, isn’t it? Modern farmers harvest at least twice a year. Why do they not give Zakat twice a year?

6:141 He is the One who established gardens, trellised and untrellised, and palm trees, and crops with different tastes, and olives, and pomegranate-fruits that are similar, yet dissimilar. Eat from their fruits, and give the due alms on the day of harvest,* and do not waste anything. He does not love the wasters.

8- Do you not notice that the TAFSIR (Tabari…) of 74:31 is shorter than the verse itself? 74:31 include five different IDEAS but its Sunni TAFSIR try to explain only one of them?

9- Is the Quran perfect & fully detailed or you needed to add other source to complete it?

11:1. A.L.R. This is a scripture whose verses have been perfected, then elucidated. It comes from a Most Wise, Most Cognizant.

? The Quran is complete: 6:19,38,114; 12:111; 45:6,7.
? The Quran is protected: 13:39; 15:9; 41:42; 42:24.

10- If you agree that Polygamy may concern only orphan women (4:3), why do Sunni people tolerate and practice polygamous marriage with non-orphan women?

QUESTIONS ABOUT THE PROPHET MUHAMMAD!

1- Which prophet used to worship Idols and which prophet did not?
– Muhammed used to worship idols before God’s Blessings upon him:

40:66 Say, „I have been enjoined from worshiping the idols you worship beside GOD, when the clear revelations came to me from my Lord. I was commanded to submit to the Lord of the universe.“*

– Abraham never was an idol worshiper:

2:135 They said, „You have to be Jewish or Christian, to be guided.“ Say, „We follow the religion of Abraham-monotheism – he never was an idol worshiper.“

2- If you agree that Muhammad is the last NABI, how do you accept that Jesus will come back after the death of Muhammad. In this case, is Jesus or Mohammad the last prophet?

5:117 „I told them only what You commanded me to say, that: ‚You shall worship GOD, my Lord and your Lord.‘ I was a witness among them for as long as I lived with them. When You terminated my life on earth, You became the Watcher over them. You witness all things.

3- Which verse confirms that Muhammad is the most honourable messenger?

4- Since Numbers „0, 1, 2…“ were not in use in the seventh century, how did Muhammad manage his own business?

5- If the prophet Muhammad and his community (UMMA) were illiterate (UMMY), who composed and wrote the wonderful poetry of their different tribes?

6- How did Muhammad say the SHAHADAH in the last Hadith (Hujjat al wadah) who is witnessed by 10000 people? Is this hadith not to be considered as the most accurate and the most SAHIH of all?

7- Did the Messenger Muhammad possess a given superpower?

10:49. Say, „I possess no power to harm myself, or benefit myself; only what GOD wills takes place.“ Each community has a predetermined life span. Once their interim comes to an end, they cannot delay it by one hour, nor advance it.

8- Did Muhammad possess the sexual power of 30 men? If he possessed sexual power of 30 men could he marry with 30 women in the same time? How many children did he get with Aïsha and his last nine wives?

9- If Muhammad will decide to intercede on behalf of all his family and all the Arabs, does this intercession will work or not?

39:43 Have they invented intercessors to mediate between them and GOD? Say, „What if they do not possess any power, nor understanding?“
39:44 Say, „All intercession belongs to GOD.“ To Him belongs all sovereignty of the heavens and the earth, then to Him you will be returned.

10- Did really Muhammad forbid to write down any hadith from him? If it was just in order to not confuse Hadith and Quran, why people did not write down Hadith only few years after the death of the prophet?

„The Prophet said, „Do not write down anything from me except the Quran.“ [Ahmed, Vol. 1, Page 171, and Sahih Muslim]

MY COMMENTARY

1) The most famous question concern the listing of the NABIS who are not RASSOLS in the same time.
2) The most ‚PERVERSE‘ question concern the suicidal tendency of the prophet.
3) The question that made “consensus“ is the definition of the word UMMY throughout 6 verses of the Holy Quran!
4) The global reaction of people who witnessed some of the Sunni CONTRADICTIONS was to try to IGNORE them!

God bless!
